AD Sensors
Autonomous Driving (AD) Sensor teams at our Tech Center India (TCI) are advancing ADAS technology through scalable embedded software and comprehensive ECU design. Our Radar Software team specializes in short-to-long-range platforms that enable Level 2 and Level 3 safety features like Blind Spot Detection, offering superior all-weather reliability and real-time object tracking.
To ensure production readiness, both teams utilize rigorous validation frameworks involving automated testing, static analysis, and failsafe strategies. The use of industry-standard tools like Vector CANoe and vTESTstudio ensures compliance with ASPICE and ISO 21434 standards.
Autonomous Driving Control Units
HL Klemove’s Tech Center India (TCI) develops next-generation Automated Driving Control Unit (ADCU) and Autonomous Parking Control Unit (APCU), serving as the "brain" for autonomous mobility. The ADCU team focuses on scalable, AUTOSAR-compliant software that supports Level 2 to Level 4 autonomy.
The Automated Parking team utilizes a "Sense-Think-Act" paradigm, leveraging AI and deep learning to enable precision parking and object tracking. By optimizing multi-modal neural networks for automotive-grade SoCs, the team ensures high-performance edge computing.
System Integration
The System Engineering team specializes in adapting ADAS for India’s chaotic traffic and unpredictable road behavior. By using real-world field data, they refine "Fusion Logic" to improve how radar and camera sensors interact.
To verify complex Electronic Control Units (ECUs) safely, TCI utilizes Hardware-in-the-Loop (HILS) simulation. By implementing automated pipelines with Python and CAPL, the team ensures 24/7 validation of safety-critical logic.
Automotive Electronics
HL Klemove’s Tech Center India (TCI) develops the Acoustic Vehicle Alert System (AVAS) to address the safety risks posed by silent electric vehicles. By managing the full software lifecycle, the team creates customizable virtual engine sounds.
